ReplyDeleteI did some Google search and her other name is Tatyana Velazquez. She appears to be from Peru or Mexico (not Spain). Very shady character. She has been sued 15 times or so, both as Tatyana Day and as Tatyana Velazquez (it has to be the same person since its same rental property and similar stories) and there's Also a criminal filing against her in DC. She is a professional scam artist. Luckily I decided not to rent from her but all you victims should get together and go criminal against her. She owns the house so she has assets you can seize.
